Growth channels are marketing strategies that the SpeakScale team manages on a monthly basis for clients on our Growth and Pro tiers. They each play a distinct and vital role in our Growth from Within framework.

*We have the ability to scale up and scale down the number of actively managed growth channels each month.
We call larger chunks of work with a defined start and end date "growth projects." We often recommend these larger projects as a result of our Insights & Opportunities Audit.
Growth projects include, but are not limited to:

- Website rebuild & optimization

- Customer Data Platform strategy and implementation
- Loyalty & referral program strategy and implementation
*These projects are scoped out as additional one-time project investments.
Engagements run in 3-month cycles, which correspond to our SpeakScale 90-Day Growth Cycles. Each cycle includes mutually agreed to business growth goals and the "growth channels" and "growth projects" that our team will execute against the roadmap.
You can cancel an upcoming 90-day cycle at anytime, and additional managed "growth channels" can be added at anytime.
Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level CMO exceeds $250,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize. Plus, our CMO's come with their own marketing team. So you are getting something of a "two-for-one", supporting your business strategically and tactically.
